NL: there’s going to be a book release (likely Utrecht or Amsterdam), which will serve as a pickup moment. You can reserve your copy by email and avoid shipping (costs).

USA/UK: Since shipping to your countries is very expensive, I’m working on distribution deals, but that’s only of course if there’s copies left after the pre-order phase.
